Lessons must be paid for no later than the start of the lesson. If paying by electronic bank deposit, please ensure that the student's name is included in the Reference field, so that we can match the payment to the student. Print out record of electronic payment, to show instructor at first lesson as proof of purchase.

LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY:

The full lesson fee will be charged unless your instructor is notified at least 24 hours before your lesson time, or at least 3 days before a licence test. "No-shows" will be charged the full lesson fee.

The Mobility Driving School "1st-time pass guarantee": If you do not pass your driving test on the 1st attempt, your instructor will attend the second driving test free of charge (additional lessons at normal cost, if required).

Guarantee conditions are applicable, as follows:

- You have received approval from your driving instructor that your driving is of a reasonable standard sufficient to pass a driving test in any weather, road or light conditions

- Your instructor has booked your driving test, or has given you approval to book your driving test

- There are no outstanding payments for lesson "no-shows" or late cancellations

- The re-test guarantee is only valid for 6 weeks from first licence test attempt

- Consult with your instructor to confirm their availability for re-test date prior to making Vic Roads booking
