When shopping around for driving lesson prices, please consider this:

Choosing the cheapest price for driving lessons can sometimes be a false economy. Mobility Driving School's teaching methods ensure that the student is able to drive independently (with a supervising driver) much sooner. We do not unnecessarily prolong the learning experience in order to teach the student over a larger number of lessons. In fact, our approach to teaching ensures that the overall cost of learning to drive is minimised.

The following payment methods are currently accepted:

  • Cash

  • Electronic Bank Deposit

  • Bank Cheque

  • Personal cheques are accepted with account holder's name, address, Permit or Licence number, telephone & mobile number

Lessons must be paid for no later than the start of the lesson. If paying by electronic bank deposit, please ensure that the student's name is included in the Reference field, so that we can match the payment to the student. Print out record of electronic payment, to show instructor at first lesson as proof of purchase.

VOUCHERS

We will mail lesson vouchers for lessons that are prepaid to the address provided by you if time permits before 1st lesson, or otherwise directly to instructor. Voucher for lessons must be provided to instructor at the start of the lesson.

Note: Vouchers are the equivalent of cash! DO NOT LOSE VOUCHERS, as they are not transferable, or replaceable.

LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY:

The full lesson fee will be charged unless your instructor is notified at least 24 hours before your lesson time, or at least 3 days before a licence test. "No-shows" will be charged the full lesson fee.

The Mobility Driving School "1st-time pass guarantee": If you do not pass your driving test on the 1st attempt, your instructor will attend the second driving test free of charge (additional lessons at normal cost, if required).

Guarantee conditions are applicable, as follows:

-  You have received approval from your driving instructor that your driving is of a reasonable standard sufficient to pass a driving test in any weather, road or light conditions

-  Your instructor has booked your driving test, or has given you approval to book your driving test

-  There are no outstanding payments for lesson "no-shows" or late cancellations

-  The re-test guarantee is only valid for 6 weeks from first licence test attempt

-  Consult with your instructor to confirm their availability for re-test date prior to making Vic Roads booking
